Anywhere Pad is an award-winning enterprise-grade mobile solution for document access, meetings and collaborations.



With Anywhere Pad, users can instantly access documents and meetings on the cloud and collaborate with others in real-time, in the same location or remotely. All documents are securely stored with document encryption.



Anywhere Pad won the Certificate of Merit for Best Ubiquitous Networking Award (Mobile Enterprise Solution) in the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2012. The Hong Kong ICT Awards recognise, promote and commend the excellent achievements and contributions of Hong Kong ICT professionals and organisations.

Note: Some features below are currently being migrated from Anywhere Pad 1.

✚ INTERACTIVE MEETING

With page synchronization and a built-in laser pointer, the presenter can effectively guide a discussion in a meeting. Attendees can easily follow the presenter’s pace and discussion points.



✚ ANNOTATIONS WITH REAL-TIME SYNC

Jot down your key points and important ideas using the freehand tool and post-it notes; they are synchronized and shared with all other attendees in real-time. After meeting, annotations and notes can be synched to the cloud for backup and for future reference.



✚ DOCUMENT & MEETINGS ON THE CLOUD

Access your documents and meetings on the cloud anywhere and collaborate with others.



✚ MEETING SCHEDULE

Access and browse your meeting schedules with meeting details, agenda, attendee list and meeting files. Start your scheduled meeting anywhere as you go right inside Anywhere Pad.



✚ REMOTE MEETING AND COLLABORATION

Meet and collaborate with others who are at different locations through the Internet. Documents and annotations can be shared in real-time remotely. With his interactive feature, users can organize conference meetings, give presentations, discuss with colleagues in other offices, or provide support to clients--everything remotely done.



✚ MEET BY EMAIL

Meetings can be started by simply sending an email to Anywhere Pad with attendees in the Cc: fields and attaching documents. Invited attendees can instantly join the meeting on Anywhere Pad by simply clicking the join meeting link in the email invitation.



✚ WEB-BROWSING IN MEETING

Browse the Web together with other attendees and share web contents interactively, including pictures and videos.



✚ WHITE BOARD DISCUSSION

Quick start an ad-hoc discussion by sharing drawings and notes on a whiteboard with anyone, anytime, even remotely.



✚ PRIVATE MESSAGING

Chat with other meeting attendees through private messaging. 



✚ VGA SUPPORT

Anywhere Pad natively supports VGA projectors (even on iPad 1). So, a presenter can share documents and content with a large audience by connecting his/her iPad to any VGA projector.

Anywhere Pad supports the following file formats:

- PDF

- JPG

- PNG
- MS Office (DOC, XLS, PPT)

- MS Office 2007 (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX)

✚ BOX APP INTEGRATION
Access any document or file in your Box account and use it in a meeting. You can access your Box files in a convenient folder structure in Anywhere Pad’s My Documents. Documents or files you download are imported to the Meeting Portal and can then be viewed or used in a meeting.

✚ OPEN FILES FROM OTHER APPS IN ANYWHERE PAD

Open documents and files easily from within other apps like Mail. No need for any manual file transfers. You can immediately start a meeting to present or discuss the file after it opens in Anywhere Pad.
