Dino Park Math is a game and activities app that will develop your child’s basic addition and subtraction skills as well as teach them about dinosaurs in the process! Even if your child is not a dinosaur theme enthusiast, this app is interesting and fun enough to entice them to learn while having fun.

Dino Park math is an interactive activity and game app which teaches children addition and subtraction from the numbers 0 to 20 while entertaining them with the classic dinosaur theme. Users need to help junior paleontologist Pete to finish the dinosaur exhibits so he can open Dino Park. You are given a map of the whole park with the unfinished exhibits. Select a fossil to try and use your math skills to finish that fossil. Answering addition or subtraction equations completes the fossil piece by piece. Move on to the next fossil until you complete the whole park.

Aside from the main adventure, there are loads of other stuff for children to enjoy. The app contains “Dinosaur Games” which has puzzle, matching, connect the dots, create a scene, and memory games. It also has a section dedicated to facts and trivia about the different dinosaurs included in the theme. Finally, there’s the “Math Table” that parents can use to teach or for more advanced users to review with.

I like the fact that the developers chose a theme and decided to run with it. They applied the dinosaur theme well to create a cohesive app despite the different game types and activities. I also like that the educational content is very high. Children will definitely get to practice their basic adding and subtracting through the main adventure, brush up on it with the math table, and will also learn fun facts about dinosaurs in the process. If you are a parent whose child is not interested in dinosaurs, do not get discouraged because this app is strong enough to create that interest in your child.
