Ecosystems HD is an interactive way for children to learn about the various biomes which make up our planet. Children can explore the grasslands, deserts, forests, tundra, oceans, and wetlands by reading about the climate, animals, and plants of each or by flipping through the many photographs included with each biome. In addition to the photographs, the app includes videos for each biome. Gather even more interesting facts in the “Did You Know?” section and then quiz yourself with beginner, intermediate, or advanced questions.

This app is good for children ages six through twelve. The feature that has the app read to the child is a great feature!
