The pastel colored artwork, impressive interactive scenes and elements, and simple yet effective animations make up the bulk of the app’s content but the fun does not end with the story. The first thing that caught my eye was the artwork. I think the artwork has a unique look to it and I like the color choices. Next, of course, are the really nice interactive scenes. The animation is crisp and the interactive elements are well thought of. It’s also nice how everything happens in a sand-box like frame in the middle of the screen.

The layout of the app is simple and the controls are intuitive even for young children to use. The extra features such as the rain song, umbrella making arts and crafts tutorial, and the dress up game all serve to increase the app’s replayability. The clear narration and well recorded music and sound effects round out the positives for this app.
