Measurement HD is a 5 in 1 games for kids to learn about different measurement concepts such as: time, volume, weight, and length.
Crazy Clock: Kids will be presented with different scenarios (which is relevant to a child’s daily activities) and they will be asked to move the minute hand of the clock to make it match the appropriate time of day. It’s fun to watch the background change as time increases from morning till night.
Scale Tale: Kids will be asked which of the two items (mostly fruits and vegetables) is lighter or heavier. The alien/monster who is holding the two items is also moving its hands to imitate the motion of a scale. When the child gets the correct answer, the alien/monster will eat the fruit/vegetable, if not, he will throw it away!
Fill Me Up: Kids will be asked to drag items into two containers of different sizes such as drag cookies into jars or drag the soda into the pitchers. After dragging the items into the containers, they will be asked to choose which one has more or less items inside.
Long and Short: Kids will be asked to choose between two images which one is shorter/longer. The images are bright and colorful and there is a clear distinction between long and short.
Action Months: Kids will be introduced to concepts of months in this activity. They will need to drag and drop letters into the appropriate space and they will see an animation after completing the word.
After completing a set of the games, kids will earn cute pictures/items which will be placed in the “My Stuff” section. They can keep on playing to get more rewards.

Measurement HD contains 5 activities that are both educational and entertaining for the little kids. Kids will be fascinated with the animations and interactivity in each of the activities which will keep them playing (and learning at the same time!). The buttons and pictures are big so it’s easy to use for the little ones. The Reward system is also great to keep the kids motivated to keep on playing the game.
The Long and Short section did not have clear distinction between right and wrong answers. The only differentiating factor is that the background color turns green (correct) or red (wrong) but has the sparkly things and animation/sounds in either case. Although the animations for the monster in Scale Tale is done well, I would think that it’s not obvious that the monster eating the food is the correct answer and throwing it away is the wrong answer. A clearer distinction between the right and wrong answers would be great (i.e. putting a check and x mark just like in the Fill Me Up section).
Measurement HD is a 5-in-1 app that will teach kids about math/measurement concepts through brightly colored and interactive games and animations.
