Meeting Mapper is a utility app used to document important information in your various meetings. The app gives you different options on how to set up your meetings. You can choose between table shapes to give a more graphical representation of your meeting. You can select how many participants and arrange the participant icons by dragging them to their positions on the table. You must enter the details of each participant with options for information such as name, company, role in the company, email address, etc. It is possible to add a participant’s information into Meeting Mapper from your contacts and vice versa. It is also possible to indicate whether an individual is participating via voice call/conference and also note absent individuals.

There are text boxes for inputting your meeting’s “Goals” and “Objectives”. Additional information can still be stored via the “Meeting Notes” button and there is also an option for adding in pictures or drawing on a drawing board. There is also a “Project Political Map” button where you will see the different participants’ positions on what was talked about in the meeting – “Against”, “For”, “Neutral”. When you are done inputting the information, save the Meeting and it can now be exported and emailed as HTML or as PDF.

This app has one function and it does that function well – keep track of and present information in meetings in an organized and visual way. The layout and controls are simple and intuitive. The buttons and text fields are labeled well so as to let the user focus mainly on inputting the correct details and information. The app also interacts well with your device because it allows you to import info from your Contacts list into the Meeting Mapper participants list and vice versa. It also allows you to add photos from your photo library as well as schedule meetings directly into your Calendar.
